The classic bob
With a classic bob, your hair is cut to one length. A timeless, chic hairstyle and, very importantly, lots of volume in your hair. A variation on the classic bob, which gives even more volume, is the blunt bob, a bob that is cut straight.
The lob
In other words, the longer bob. If the bob is too short for you, opt for a long bob, the lob. Very popular at the moment. If your hair falls just on your shoulders or a little further, your hair will appear fuller at the bottom.
Layers, layers, layers
Layers definitely add more volume! If you have longer fine hair, ask for airy layers. This creates more movement and volume in your hair. Just try it!

Bixie
Also known as the longer version of the pixie. It's actually a combination of a bob, pixie cut, and bangs. The slightly shorter back and sides create more volume throughout the hairstyle, and the bangs prevent your hair from hanging limp along your face. Boost those longer locks on top with your hairdryer or curling iron for extra volume.
Balayage
So far, we've been talking about cutting techniques that provide more volume. But you can also do a lot with color. With a balayage, for example, you add more dimension to the hair, which makes your hair appear fuller.
From dark to light
If the roots of your hair are a bit darker than your lengths and ends, your hair also appears fuller and thicker. A soft ombre coloring is therefore a very good idea. And this is extra beautiful in a bob, double effect!
Wear your hair differently
In a side parting, for example. With a middle parting, it can be quite noticeable that you are not blessed with a nice thick head of hair. With a side parting, you create more volume on the side. Great idea and it costs absolutely nothing!
